The course satisfies the Discrete Mathematics requirement for the BSIT
degree. If you are pursuing the BSIT/accelerated MS degree you may be
advised to take the traditional Math 125. Please consult with your
advisor.

PREREQUISITES
Math Placement Test Score of 80 or better on Elementary Algebra, or
successful completion of the self-paced Algebra Program offered by the
Math Learning Center.

and the exams will be held this semester so that you can prepare a study

There will be eight thirty minute quizzes during the semester (each
worth 2.5%) and four semester exams (worth 10% each). There will be
no make-up quizzes and make-up exams may be possible only in the case
of documented emergencies. The sections for the quizzes and exams
will be announced in the class.
There will be one comprehensive final exam
in this course worth 40%. The Final Exam is scheduled
to be on May 8, 2008 (Thursday) from 1:30 PM - 4:15 PM.
