I am a Professor of Mathematics at George Mason University. Since 2002, I have been teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, mostly in the fields of analysis, differential equations, and topology. You can find more information about these courses and the students that I have advised over the years by clicking on the teaching link in the above menu bar.
Research Interests
My research is focused on the following areas:
- Dynamics of partial differential equations
- Formation and dynamics of patterns, phase separation phenomena (spinodal decomposition, nucleation)
- Computational topology and its applications
- Random and stochastic dynamical systems
You can take a look at my complete curriculum vitae. My detailed list of publications, as well as information about my talks & travels can be accessed via the above menu bar.
