Course Goals: Development of skills in conjunction with the GMU Undergraduate Research in Computational Mathematics (URCM) program. Highest priority will be learning ways to communicate mathematical research results, by oral presentation, poster presentation, and mathematical writing. In addition, other topics relevant to development as a mathematical researcher will be explored.

Grading: Grades will be based on successful communication of student project results, and on completion of three reports summarizing mathematics research lectures.
