MATH 114 - C01 - Analytic Geometry and Calculus II - Summer 2007

Announcements:

Room change. Our class meets in INNOVATION HALL, ROOM 105.

Final Exam. The final exam will be held on Tuesday July 31 9:30-1:20 in the same room where we have class. The following sections will be omitted from the Final Exam: All of Chapter 5, 7.2, 7.4, 8.6, 8.7, 10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 11.1. All other sections that we have covered in class will potentially be on the Final. You are permitted to bring in four 3x5 cards or one 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper with notes. You are also permitted to use a calculator although as with our other exams, you must show all work for each problem that you do. Exam questions will be similar to homework questions and in-class examples.

Corrections to syllabus. The small corrections to the syllabus have been made on the html and pdf versions of the syllabus linked below. The changes show that the final exam is on Tuesday July 31 (not Wednesday) and now show the grading scale for plus/minus grades.

Deadlines. Please be aware of all relevant deadlines.

Tutoring Help. The Mathematics Department runs the Mathematics Tutoring Center. You are encouraged to take advantage of this FREE service. A list of private tutors is also available from the Math Department's homepage.
