Announcements:

Homework Notebooks. Homework notebooks are available for pickup outside my office (S&T 1, 261) at any time except in the evenings when I put the box away for security.

Quiz 14. Quiz 14 will be graded and returned to you a the time of the final exam.

Guidelines for Homework Notebooks. Here are some guidelines for your homework notebooks that you are to follow.

1. Do not hand in your class notes. I don't want to see them and there is always a (very slim) chance that your notebook will be lost. Either keep your homework in a separate notebook, or do your homework on separate sheets, staple them and put them in some sort of folder.
2. Put your homework in a reasonable order. I won't search through disorganized pages of unmarked exercises. In the future, if your homework is a mess, you will not receive credit.
3. Turn in your homework on time. I will announce in class and on this page when homeworks are next due. I will also announce what sections I will be looking at. If your homework is late, you will not receive credit. No excuses!

Solutions to Quizzes. Solutions to quizzes are posted on this page in gif format. You are responsible for reviewing the quiz on your own. If you have questions about the quiz solution or your grade, please see me during my office hours.

Solutions to Exams. Solutions to exams will be posted on this page in gif format. You are responsible for reviewing the exam on your own. If you have questions about the exam solution or your grade, please see me during my office hours.

Uncollected Quizzes. Uncollected quizzes are in an envelope hanging on the wall outside my office door. If you do not pick up your quiz in class, it will be placed in this envelope. Please come by at any time to pick up your quiz.

Tutoring Help. The Mathematics Department runs the Mathematics Tutoring Center. You are encouraged to take advantage of this FREE service. A list of private tutors is also available from the Math Department's homepage.
