Updates: (Nov. 21) I've posted some practice
problems for you to do. Please download and work on them before
monday's lecture.
(Nov. 20)
I've posted my solution for Homework 9. I've also posted lecture
notes for 5.1 and updated the list of Working Definitions.
Check back again by tomorrow morning as I intend to post some practice
problems.
Graded
Homework and Solutions These are
the
problems that make up your homework grade for the course.
Complete
solution sets are posted here once the problems are turned in.
Practice
problems from the text (not graded)
These are problems to work in order to keep up with the lectures and
to prepare for tests.
Please ask questions in
class
about the ones you have trouble with. Graded homework problems
will
be similar to these. You should be regularly working these problems
throughout
the semester.
Lecture
Notes These are pdf files
of the lectures given in class.
Working
Definitions These are the
definitions for the main concepts introduced in the course. I
will edit this page often throughout the semester.
Tests
Here you will find copies of tests, once they are given, and complete
solutions.
Syllabus
The syllabus for the course can be found here. It lists test dates,
grading policies and other information about the course.
